Our Vision

A Missional Mosaic

We envision a missional mosaic of believers, united across denominations, prepared and excited to bring the gospel to every square inch of creation.

Our Mission

Advancing the Great Commission

We advance missions through gospel unity to help the Church embrace its part in the Great Commission.

M:T is about equipping and empowering believers to embrace outward-facing lives to make Christ known, to kindle the fire of faith through prayer, and to weave networks of love together through strategic and prayerful cooperation.

Missions is not only an important task. It is a way of life. It is living the Great Commission as an act of worship.

Prayer is Primary

Prayer is our primary mobilization strategy. We believe that lasting impact begins on our knees.

By fostering collaboration rather than competition, we believe the Church can be more effective in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Our Story

The Story of Missions:Together

Missions:Together began when Carl asked Mark, “Do you think our church could host a missions conference?” As a church planter, my first thought was logistical: “How are we supposed to host a missions conference when we have no building?” But what quickly eclipsed that logistical concern was a larger ecclesiastical vision: What if we partnered with other churches and hosted a missions conference… together?

Since then, M:T has hosted 7 expos in three different cities, have involved 150 churches, and well over 1,000 people have walked through our events. Our expos introduce congregations to what we affectionately call our Special Forces—strategic missions agencies serving both locally and around the world, spreading the reconciling work of Jesus Christ. Our expos seek to unite congregations around the mission of God by connecting them with local and global missions agencies. We embrace a broad understanding of missions. Jesus sent His disciples to “Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” We use this centrifugal momentum of the gospel to understand our calling to missions in our own backyards and beyond.

Today, M:T partners with local missions agencies and congregations to host expos in Raleigh, New York City, and Jacksonville. We continue to receive interest from churches exploring how they might host their own M:T expos in their cities. And why not? What better way to unite congregations across denominational lines than through our shared mission to make disciples of all nations? As these expos continue to grow, we are also developing additional services to help churches become more deeply engaged in missions. We are not reinventing the wheel; rather, we partner with existing ministries and agencies to equip congregations in missions. In addition to hosting expos, evangelism training, training for congregational missions teams, leadership training in coaching and Situational Leadership, facilitate opportunities for prayer, and even help individuals and ministries imagine how their stories could become books that encourage the broader church. Our network of partnerships with churches and ministry and missions agencies continues to expand.

We love to serve, and we are excited to see how the Lord will continue to use M:T to link congregations together. As He strengthens that unity, our prayer is that it will fuel our Special Forces to go and make disciples of all nations.

In Christ,

Pastor Mark and Carl Dobrowolski
